Ken Lyon, a Miami-based caterer and restaurateur, is pleased to announce his collaboration with UNTITLED., the newest art fair on Miami Beach. Lyon will set-up and operate a café within UNTITLED., set directly on the beach, during art basel week, December 5 – 9, 2012. UNTITLED. will feature over 40 curated contemporary art galleries from NYC and beyond.
Lyon is installing and operating a scaled-down, pop-up version of his much-missed design district restaurant, Fratelli Lyon. The district operation is closed, but now revived for UNTITLED. The café will have over 100-seats, with 30 of them set-up on an ocean-facing outdoor terrace, raised 10-feet above the beach.
The Fratelli Lyon menu will feature selections of antipasti, salads, ciabatta-based sandwiches, pizza margherita, pasta bolognese and grilled-to-order chicken, steak and fish. Biscotti, pastries and gelato will complete the simple offering.
An authentic, Italian espresso bar serving illy café, along with an all-italian wine-prosecco bar will be front and center. UNTITLED. guests will place orders at the bar – and then café staff will deliver food to tables, in a relaxed, quick-serve style.
Lyon and his team from the catering company, LYON + LYON, look forward to seeing you on the beach at UNTITLED.
